Entry Fee Escrow
Please include with your registration deposit a separate check payable to “Cranford Jersey Gators” for an entry fee escrow. Please note “entry fees” in the memo line
This escrow is for meet entries for INVITATIONAL MEETS.
Invitational meets the Gator’s have participated in include but are not limited to:
MB Cure Kids Cancer (1day meet for all swimmers with times)
Fall Festival (2 day meet for select swimmers)
Holiday Classic (3 day meet for select swimmers only)
PPST Fall Rally (2 day meet for all swimmers with times)
CAT Winter Classic (2 day meet for all swimmers with times)
CBGC Agathe Marten Memorial Meet (2 day meet for all swimmers with times)
Princeton Holiday Invite (1 day meet for all swimmers with times)
Championships (2 day meet for all swimmers with times)
Most invitational meets have minimum time standards. Many invitational meets are also multi day (Friday, Saturday and or Sunday)
After entries are accepted into a meet, Chris will send an invoice if you have a balance due. Payment is due within 7 days to avoid a $25 late fee. Late fees will be strictly enforced this season. This is a good time to replenish your escrow account. If you don’t receive an invoice, your escrow covered the entry fees.
Any remaining balance will carry forward for the next season. Any account with a balance after January 1st will be assessed a $25.00 fee and the swimmer will NOT be entered into championship meets.
Entry fees average about $10 per event depending on the meet. There is also a swimmer surcharge of $15 to $20 for the meet.
For calculating escrow, an estimate is $35 for a single day meet
RETURING SWIMMERS: When calculating escrow, count a two day meet as 2 meets and a 3 day meet as 3 meets. For example if you think your swimmer will participate in MB cure kids cancer (1 day meet $35), Fall Fest (2 day meet $70), and champs (2 day meet $70) your total invitational meet estimate is 5 meets. Your escrow should be $175.

$50 per swimmer is suggested for NEW Blue Ribbon/Gold Medal swimmers
$100 per swimmer for 2-3 single day invitational meets
$150 per swimmer for 3-4 single day invitational meets
$200 per swimmer for 5-6 single day invitational meets (suggested for returning and transfer swimmers)
$250 per swimmer for 7-8 single day invitational meets (suggested for returning and transfer swimmers)
Entry fees for invitational meets MUST be paid in advance through an escrow account
