SUMMARY:Holiday Classic
DESCRIPTION:**2016 Holiday Classic will be on Friday December 16th through Sunday December 18th at Rutgers University (Werblin Rec Center\, Busch Campus) \n**Below is an eligibility report listing which events your swimmer has qualified in AND event list of what events are on each day. \n**NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. ENTRIES ARE BEING SUBMITTED ONLY ONCE SHORTLY AFTER THE ENTRY DEADLINE \n**DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL WITH ENTRIES. THEY WILL NOT BE ENTERED \n**There is an entry fee of $4 for timed final events and $5 for prelin/final events per event. If you do NOT have an escrow account\, entry fees entry fees must be paid to Chris before Sunday October 9th to the payment box on the pool deck OR to 18 Chester Lang Place\, Cranford to avoid a $25 late fee. \n**A swimmer may enter 3 individual events per day and a maximum of 9 individual events for the meet \n**NJ Swimming does not allow a No Time to be used as an entry time so PLEASE do not submit entries for an event if the swimmer does not have a time in the event. The swimmer will NOT be entered in those events. \n** The entry deadline is 7:30PM THURS 10/6.  NO Late or emailed entries will be accepted.  The entry form will not be available after 7:30m on 10/6.  The entry form will automatically disappear from the website. \n**be sure to include the event # AND event description (#11 100 back).  Chris is NOT responsible for any errors if you don’t provide complete and accurate information \n**If you have multiple swimmers you must complete a separate form for each swimmer. \n** If you make an error or want to change events\, you can change your entry form as many times as needed before the entry deadline. Forms are date and time stamped so Chris will know which one to use. \n** Once the entry deadline (Thurs 10/6 7:30pm) has passed no corrections\, new entries or additions can be made. \n** Swimmers age for the meet is calculated as of 12/16/16\n** Once entries are accepted by the host club they will posted on the gator website under entries.\n**Any questions please contact Chris at entries@jerseygatorsparents.com or 908-337-5097 \n**A few days before the meet\, you will receive a timing schedule of what sessions the Gators are required to provide timers for along with pre-meet information.  If you signed up for a session that has to provide timers you will receive a timing assignment (usually in 1 hour increments) with the pre-meet information.  All non-officiating families are expected to participate.  Failure to fulfill the timing assignment will result in ALL gator swimmers being scratched from the session. \n  \n[upme_private] \n\nView: Holiday Classic Eligibility\nView: Holidy Classic Event List\n\n\nJavascript is disabledJavascript is disabled on your browser.
