Please enable it in order to use this form. \nLoading\n\nInvalid IDPlease check the code. \n[/upme_private] \n** The entry deadline is 9 pm on Monday 12/5.   The entry form will not be available after 9pm tonight.  NO emailed entries \n**The 2017 February Sprints\, at Neptune Aquatic Center\, 55 Neptune Blvd\, Neptune is on Saturday February 11th. \n** This is an invitational meet with an open time standard.  Any swimmer can enter as long as they have a time for the event as of 12/1/16. \n**If you sign up for events you do not have times in\, you will NOT be entered in those events as NJ Swimming does not allow “no time” to be used as an entry time.   Top times are posted on the gator website. \n** Swimmers may swim up to 4 individual events per day.  There is an entry fee of $4 per event.  If you sign up to swim you are responsible for the entry fees whether you swim or not. \n**Be sure to include the event # AND event description (#11 100 back).  If entries are NOT submitted in the correct format\, Chris is NOT responsible for any errors or omissions in the entries. \n** If you make an error or want to change events\, you can change your entry form as many times as needed before the entry deadline. Entries submissions can be found on the gator website (must be logged in with your user name and password).  Otto (website admin) can help with any problems. \n**If you have multiple swimmers you must complete a separate form for each swimmer. \n** LATE ENTRIES:  $10 CASH LATE FEE APPLIES.  Payment is due the payment box on the pool deck by Wednesday 12/7.  A late entry form will available 12/5 (after 9:15 pm tonight) until 8 pm 12/6. Please enable it in order to use this form. \nLoading\n\nInvalid IDPlease check the code. \n[/upme_private] \n**If your swimmer will NOT be participating in this meet you MUST complete an entry form – there will be a spot to say you are not participating. \n**12 & Under silver bronze Champs on Saturday 2/25 & Sunday 2/26 is at Boys & Girls Club of Union County (1050 Jeanette Ave.\,Union) \n** This is a championship meet for silver and bronze swimmers. Any swimmer can enter as long as they have a time for the event AND the time is within the meet requirements.  SEE MEET ELIGIBILITY REPORT \n**If you sign up for events you do not have times in\, you will NOT be entered in those events as NJ Swimming does not allow “no time” to be used as an entry time. \n**The meet eligibility report will list which events your swimmers has qualified in.  If there is NOT a time listed for an event DO NOT sign up for that event. \n**See the event list for information on which events are when. **Swimmers may swim up to 4 individual events per day (for a total of 8 events for the meet). There is an entry fee of $5 per event ($11 for 1000 or 1650 events). If you sign up to swim you are responsible for the entry fees even if you scratch from the meet. \n** DO NOT SIGN UP FOR RELAYS – YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED.  IF THERE ARE RELEAYS\, Coaches will determine which swimmers are in the relays the morning of the meet due to scratches. If your swimmer is entered in a relay you will be charged a $2 entry fee a few days AFTER the meet results are received. \n** The entry deadline is 3PM on SUNDAY FEB 12th.   NO late or emailed entries will be accepted.
