SUMMARY:Holiday Classic
DESCRIPTION:**2016 Holiday Classic will be on Friday December 16th through Sunday December 18th at Rutgers University (Werblin Rec Center\, Busch Campus) \n**Below is an eligibility report listing which events your swimmer has qualified in AND event list of what events are on each day. \n**NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. ENTRIES ARE BEING SUBMITTED ONLY ONCE SHORTLY AFTER THE ENTRY DEADLINE \n**DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL WITH ENTRIES. THEY WILL NOT BE ENTERED \n**There is an entry fee of $4 for timed final events and $5 for prelin/final events per event. If you do NOT have an escrow account\, entry fees entry fees must be paid to Chris before Sunday October 9th to the payment box on the pool deck OR to 18 Chester Lang Place\, Cranford to avoid a $25 late fee. \n**A swimmer may enter 3 individual events per day and a maximum of 9 individual events for the meet \n**NJ Swimming does not allow a No Time to be used as an entry time so PLEASE do not submit entries for an event if the swimmer does not have a time in the event. The swimmer will NOT be entered in those events. \n** The entry deadline is 7:30PM THURS 10/6.  NO Late or emailed entries will be accepted.  The entry form will not be available after 7:30m on 10/6.  The entry form will automatically disappear from the website. \n**be sure to include the event # AND event description (#11 100 back).  Chris is NOT responsible for any errors if you don’t provide complete and accurate information \n**If you have multiple swimmers you must complete a separate form for each swimmer. \n** If you make an error or want to change events\, you can change your entry form as many times as needed before the entry deadline. SUMMARY:Gator Grid Iron
DESCRIPTION:**This is an invitational meet and all Gator swimmers are welcome to swim. \n**There are NO minimum qualifying times. The only requirement is the swimmer must have a time as NJ swimming does not allow NT as an entry time \n**There is an entry fee of $4 per event. Your swimmer may swim up to 3 events. If you sign up your swimmer to swim you are responsible for the entry fees whether they swim or not \n**If you do not have an escrow account set up entry fees are due to the Chris P. or meet entry folder by friday 10/21 avoid a $20 late fee. Checks should be made payable to “Cranford Jersey Gators” \n**NEW SWIMMERS\nIt is understood that you don’t have times for events to date. When signing up\, please choose events that you plan on swimming at the dual meets on 10/22\, 11/12\, or 11/19 as a NT (no time) can’t be used to enter the meet. \n**If you do not get your entries in by 7:30pm Thursday 10/13\, there are no guarantees that your swimmer will be able to swim in the meet (parents will still be required to work their sessions). Each session has a swimmer limit AND time limit imposed by the pool that Tara has to adhere to. Entries are entered on a first come basis until the session fills. As a reminder popular meets fill quickly and this is a popular meet. \n**Warm-up and start times for session 2 and 3 are approximate and can be an hour or so earlier or later. DESCRIPTION:The Monmouth Barracuda’s 2016 Cure Kids Cancer Meet\, at the Neptune Aquatic Center is on Saturday October 15\, 2016. \nThis is an invitational meet with an open time standard. Due to time restraints\, any returning swimmer can enter as long as they have a time for the event as of the end of last season. \nThis meet is for RETURNING SWIMMERS ONLY AND TRANSFER SWIMMERS WHO HAVE SUBMITTED TIMES AND TRANSFER FORMS AS OF ….. \nIf you sign up for events you do not have times in\, you will NOT be entered in those events as NJ Swimming does not allow “no time” to be used as an entry time.
