DESCRIPTION:Winterfest Eligibility\nWinterfest 2017 Event List\n\n**2017 TYR Winterfest at Rutgers University (Sonny Werblin Rec Center on Busch Campus) is on Saturday January 7th & Sunday January 8th\, 2017. \n** CHECK THE MEET ELIGIBILITY REPORT TO SEE IF YOUR SWIMMER QUALIFIES FOR THIS MEET \n** This is an invitational meet with qualifying times. \n**If you sign up for events you do not have times in\, you will NOT be entered in those events as NJ Swimming does not allow “no time” to be used as an entry time.   Top times are posted on the gator website \n**A meet eligibility report is also attached to this post on the calendar. \n** A 13 & Over swimmer who qualifies for 1 event may swim up to 3 events that day.  There is an entry fee of $4 per event.  If you sign up to swim you are responsible for the entry fees whether you swim or not. \n** A 12 & Under swimmer who qualifies for 1 event may swim up to 4 events that day.  There is an entry fee of $4 per event.  If you sign up to swim you are responsible for the entry fees whether you swim or not. \n**Be sure to include the event # AND event description (#11 100 back). \n** If you make an error or want to change events\, you can log into your entry form and make changes as many times as needed before the entry deadline. \n**If you have multiple swimmers you must complete a separate form for each swimmer. \n** The entry deadline is 8AM on Tuesday 11/8.    NO late or emailed entries will be accepted.  The entry form will not be available after 8am on 11/8. \n**DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL WITH ENTRIES AS THEY WILL NOT BE RECEIVED \n** If you are unsure or have any questions please contact Chris at entries@jerseygatorsparents.com \n** A few days before the meet\, we will receive an email with pre-meet info including information regarding sessions the gators are required to provide timers for.  If your swimmer signed up for a session that has to provide timers\, you are expected to help time and will be assigned a timing assignment \n\n\n\n\nSaturday\, January 7\, 2017\n\nWarm-up\nStart\n\n\nSession 1\,2 & 3\n13 & Over and Open\n7:15am\n8:20am\n\n\n\nSession 3&4\n\n1000 Free\nTBA\nTBA (35 minutes after warm-ups)\n\n\n\nSession 5&6\n\n12 & Under\nTBA\nTBA (65 minutes after warm-ups)\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\n\nSunday\, January 8\, 2017\n\nWarm-up\nStart\n\n\nSession 7&8\n13 & Over and Open\n7:15am\n8:20am\n\n\n\nSession 9&10\n\n1650 Free\nTBA\nTBA (35 minutes after warm-ups)\n\n\n\nSession 11 & 12\n\n12 & Under\nTBA\nTBA (65 minutes after warm-ups)\n\n\n\n[upme_private] \n\nWinterfest Eligibility\n\n\nJavascript is disabledJavascript is disabled on your browser.
