2023/2024 Swim Team Dues and Payment Schedule

Dear Parents,
For your convenience it is possible to pay your team fees on an installment plan.

In August, a non refundable deposit is due that reserves a place for your swimmer in his/her appropriate group.

The remaining fees will be due by 9/15, 10/30, 11/30 & 12/30.  

All fees must be paid in full by 12/30 to avoid a $25 late fee

The coaching staff does not want to be placed in the position of telling a child that he/she can no longer practice or participate in meets because of lack of payment.  We ask for your cooperation.  In the past families have taken advantage of our payment plan and this will no longer be tolerated.  

Any account with a balance on January 1st (swim team fees or entry fees) will be charged a $25 late fee and your swimmer(s) will not be entered into Championship meets. 

After October 31, if your swimmer(s) are NOT swimming with the Gators, you are responsible for the entire amount of swim team dues remaining.  Injury, illness or changing your mind does not mitigate your obligation to pay ALL outstanding swim team balances.
